Subject: [IML] QUEST: Chess sets and knights
Has anyone ever used a 3d chess set in a scene? I was wondering if there are any
free knight models on the net. I'm not looking for a expensive looking,
complicated model but a nice model of a horse head on a stand would save
me a lot of trouble. If not does anyone know of any different types of
knight? I've got two chess sets, in the cheap one it's a roughly cut
wooden horse head on a stand but in my expensive set it's a wierd old
chinese looking man with a very long beard, a robe and a sword. Now
obviously I don't want to model the expensive one as it's too hard for
me but if there are any other types of knight I would be interested to
know incase I would prefer to use one of those. I'm not much of a chess
player (only played about 5 times) so I have absolutely no idea about
this sort of thing.
Thanks,
